HOW TO READ THE BIBLE
Have you ever wondered what it means when we say that the Bible is inspired by God? Or perhaps you’ve questioned why sincere Christians can read the same passage of Scripture and come to different conclusions. Maybe you’ve struggled to understand God’s will or to make sense of some of the more challenging parts of the Bible.
If so, we invite you to join our six-week online course, How to Read the Bible, beginning on Wednesday, 8 July, from 7:00–8:00pm.
Together, we will explore the Bible in a way that brings clarity, helping us understand God’s story and discover our place within it. While the course won’t answer every question, it will equip you with tools to engage Scripture with greater confidence and uncover its hope, wisdom, and transforming power.
Topics will include understanding the Old and New Testaments, interpreting Scripture faithfully, and engaging with important contemporary questions such as science and faith, violence and war in the Bible, and sexuality and relationships.
The course is based on Adam Hamilton’s Making Sense of the Bible and is open to everyone—not just Gracepoint members. A Zoom link will be shared via the Gracepoint WhatsApp channel before the course begins.
We look forward to learning and growing together as we deepen our understanding of God’s Word.
