We'd love to
meet you!

Our Sunday services are at 8:15 & 10am. It is better to arrive 15-30 minutes early to grab a cup of coffee and a muffin, before entering the sanctuary for the worship service. If you have children, you’d need to allow enough time to sign them in and get them settled. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday!

Welcome to Gracepoint

Our
story

At Gracepoint Church you can belong before you believe. No matter who you are, who you love, where you were born or where you are on life’s journey, you are welcome and you are loved by God. We are a community that is finding God’s grace revealed in Jesus Christ, and living out the change that God is working in our hearts and minds.

NEW SERIES

Spirit-Led Living
More than a Sunday Experience

Have you ever felt like there’s more to your faith… something deeper, more alive, more real?
This May, we begin a brand new series, Spirit-Led Living: More than a Sunday Experience—an invitation to discover the Holy Spirit not just in church, but in your everyday life. So often, faith can become routine or feel distant, but God never intended it to be that way. Through this series, we’ll explore how the Holy Spirit is present with us—guiding, strengthening, and transforming us in the ordinary moments of our lives.
If you’ve been longing for something more in your walk with God, this journey is for you. Join us from Sunday, 10 May as we step into a deeper, more vibrant way of living—led by the Spirit.

The GEN NOW (Kids Church) Department has the privilege of sharing the gospel with children. We run age-appropriate Sunday morning programs where Biblical Truths and Bible stories are taught.

Children are encouraged to apply these truths to their everyday lives.

The ministry is currently divided into 2 age groups: Preschoolers (Ages 2-6) and Explorers (Grade 1-3)

Programs run on Sundays @ 8:15AM & 10:00AM.

GAP Ministry

We aim to be a ministry for preteens that empowers them to approach spirituality, service, justice, evangelism and personal growth and development in a way that is fun and reflects their faith in Christ.

We aim to be an engaging and exciting ministry for preteens, helping them make the truth we learn, practical in their daily lives. We are all about helping young people connect with each other as well as with God.

We also challenge young people to serve and get involved in the life, ministry and mission of the church.

Sundays at 08:15 and 10:00,
Fridays: Third Friday of the month at 18:00 – 20:00.

FINDING GRACE, LIVING CHANGE

Life AT Gracepoint

Holy Spirit Encounter

As we journey through our Spirit-Led Living series, we’re discovering what it truly means to move beyond a Sunday experience… and into a daily life guided, empowered, and transformed by the Holy Spirit.
Join us for Holy Spirit Encounter — not your typical Bible study, but a real-time conversation where your questions shape the discussion, practical insights are unpacked, and faith becomes deeply personal. Bring your questions, your thoughts, and an open heart as we learn and grow together.
We kick off on the 12th of May, with sessions continuing every Thursday from the 21st of May until the 4th of June, from 7pm to 8pm. Take this time to pause, reflect, and open your heart to the leading of the
Holy Spirit. A link will be shared on our WhatsApp platform. We’d love for you to join us.

Men Of Grace

Thursday, 14 May—come at 6:30 for a light meal, then at 7pm hear from Mbuyiselo Botha—a gender justice advocate, leader, husband, and father. He is passionate about building stronger men and communities and will be speaking on “Men as Partners.”
RSVP by 12 May at info@gracepoint.co.za or on the Gracepoint website www.gracepoint.co.za
The cost is a R100, we’d love to see you there.

Praying through Pain

After our series God, Where Are You? — Finding the Risen Christ in my pain, we invite you to Praying Through Pain — a quiet day encounter on the 16th of May, from 9am to 12pm.
Led by Rev. Mike Durrant, this is a gentle space to pause, reflect, and meet Christ in the midst of your journey — through asking, lamenting, and listening. Come as you are… there is space for you here. Cost is R100. We’d love to walk this journey with you.
You can RSVP online at www.gracepoint.co.za

Are you considering making Gracepoint your home?
Then we’d love to invite you to our New Member Orientation. This is a space where you’ll get to hear more about who we are as a church, what we stand for, and how you can find your place in this community.
It’s also an opportunity to explore how you can grow, connect, and serve — and become part of what God
is doing here at Gracepoint. Whether you’re new or have been with us for a while, this is your next step in becoming part of the Gracepoint family.
The session will take place on the 19th of May, from 6pm to 8pm.
For more information, please email info@gracepoint.co.za.
You can RSVP online at www.gracepoint.co.za
We’d love to welcome you into the life of Gracepoint.

Gracepoint family, thank you for your incredible generosity and compassion during our blanket drive. Together, we received an amazing total of 434 blankets! These blankets will be distributed to Soweto, Clay Oven Junction at Philang, and Refilwe on the 17th of May. We’ll gather at Philang at 9:30am for a service, and the distribution will follow thereafter.
