Lace up your running shoes and join us for a fun-filled morning of fitness, fellowship, and community at the FWC Health & Wellness 5km Run & Walk on Saturday, 30 May 2026, from 10:00am – 12:00pm at Gracepoint Methodist Church, 125 Duncan Road, Glenferness AH, Midrand. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or simply looking for a great family outing, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The event will feature food stalls, children’s games, music, exciting prizes, and health talks, making it a wonderful day out for the whole family.

Entry Fees:

• Adults – R60

• Children – R30

Tickets will be available for purchase in the foyer after each service this Sunday. Be sure to get yours and invite family and friends to join in the fun while supporting a healthier community.
