Don’t Just Come to Church. Be the Church.
This Justice Month, we’re inviting every person at Gracepoint to take part in a powerful act of compassion and justice.
The reality is sobering: millions of South Africans face hunger every day, and far too many children suffer the lifelong effects of malnutrition. While these statistics can feel overwhelming, we believe that together we can make a meaningful difference. On Sunday, 19 July, we’ll be turning our worship into action. Between services, the foyer will become a food-packing hub as we work side by side to pack thousands of nutritious meals for families in need.
Each meal pack will provide a simple, nourishing meal for up to four people and will be distributed through our Compassion & Justice partners.
Whether you’re scooping rice, adding soya, sealing bags, packing boxes, or simply lending a helping hand, there is a place for everyone. As we serve together, we’ll share fellowship, build community, and live out our calling to be the hands and feet of Christ.
If you are able, we also invite you to contribute towards the cost of the bulk food supplies needed for the day. Every donation and every pair of hands will help us extend hope to those who need it most.
